The Hodges Foundation was established in 2026 to manage the capital, holdings and philanthropic commitments of one family. It is not a grantmaking foundation and does not accept proposals or outside capital.
The office operates quietly. Its work is measured over decades, and it prefers to be judged on the durability of what it holds rather than the frequency of what it announces.

Decisions are made for decades, not quarters. Nothing is sold because time has passed.

The office manages its own capital only, answers to one family, and takes no outside mandates.

Holdings are disclosed selectively. The office does not publish its people or its size.
